PROOFING & ORDERING
Orders placed & paid more than 30 days after proofs have been sent will be subject to current print pricing. Please be sure to double-check your order before turning it in. Sarah Mattix Photography is not accountable for any mistakes or errors made by the client when ordering which includes, spelling, error in sizes or picture numbers. If you place a order within 30 days but it is not paid then current print pricing will prevail. Orders cannot be changed after they have been sent off. Orders cannot be processed until full payment is received. You will have 6 months from the day of your session to order your images. If you do not months you will lose your print credit and Sarah Mattix Photography is no longer liable for your images. When ordering albums you must approve the final proof before sending off. If you choose other photos for albums to be edited after 1 first proof has been sent there will be a editing charge for the new images.
PAYMENT
Forms of payment that are accept include: credit card, personal check or cash. If paying by credit card please provide your email address. Make all checks payable to Sarah Mattix Photography. Your order will not be processed until your check has been received and cleared through the bank. If for any reason a check is returned from the bank, you will be charged a $30 service charge as well as your order will be canceled if payment is not received within 5 days of notification. Payments can be mailed or dropped off. You must purchase $500 in prints before you can buy any digital files.
PHOTO RELEASE
The parties hereby grant to Sarah Mattix Photography and its legal representatives and Assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the parties, this may include use of the photographs for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium: to alter the same without restriction: and to copyright the same. The parties hereby release Sarah Mattix Photography and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. Depending on the size of your order, what you order and the amount of time you waited to place your order please allow 2-6 weeks for your order to be ready after payment has been completed.
